- The successful operation of the moulding process depends to a great deal on the skilful design and manufacture of the moulds.
- CRM’s engineering team work in close partnership with a group of specialist toolmakers, which have been carefully vetted by CRM.
- Therefore, for any application, we can select several candidates who have the capability to make the tool, brief them on the project and request a proposal. CRM will then obtain competitive quotations and select the optimum solution for your needs.
- CRM will then review the alternatives and provide the customer with the optimum technical and commercial solution for your project.
- Once the tooling has been ordered we work very closely with the toolmakers to ensure timely completion of the tooling.
- When the tooling arrives at CRM our engineering team will develop the process for moulding the component and supply samples with detailed Inspection Report (ISIR) for approval, prior to manufacture of parts in production volumes.
